Description: This project consisted of 22 apartments, which was part of an overall development of 150 apartments. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited was the Project Managers on this project, and our duties included ensuring that all activities regarding this project ran smoothly.

We prepared the Bills of Quantities, Cash Flow Statements, carried out Tender Analysis for Sub-Contractor appointment and submitted Payment Recommendations. We also analysed all Variations, attended Site Meetings and liaised with the Professional Team and the Client to ensure that project was cost effective, as well as completed on schedule.
