Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited is performing both the Quantity Surveying and Project Managing function for this 76 apartment development in Edenderry.

Our company were involved in preparing Pre-Tender Cost Estimates and the Bills of Quantities, as well as performing the Tender Analysis. We will also check the monthly payment applications, and after completion we will be involved in finalising the Final Account.

Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited will be liaising with the Professional Team, the Client and the various Contractors, as the work will be divided up into various parts. In order for this project to prosper, cashflow and co-ordination are paramount and at present all is in good form with no cost overruns.
