Loughlinstown, The Ramparts

Description: Construction of 105 apartments over a large basement car park at this site. Kelly & O'Callaghan Limited prepared the Bills of Quantities, Cash Flow Statements, carried out Tender Analysis for Sub-Contractor appointment and submitted Payment Recommendations. We also analysed all Variations, attended Site Meetings and liaised with the Professional Team and the Client to ensure that the project was cost effective and completed on schedule.
