Architect: Rowe McGill Architects Description: Construction of 105 apartments over a large basement car park at this site. Kelly & O'Callaghan Limited prepared the Bills of Quantities, Cash Flow Statements, carried out Tender Analysis for Sub-Contractor appointment and submitted Payment Recommendations. We also analysed all Variations, attended Site Meetings and liaised with the Professional Team and the Client to ensure that the project was cost effective and completed on schedule. Architect:Rowe McGill Architects Description: Phase 1 consisted of 2 blocks, one with 30 and one with 23 apartments built over the basement car park. 8 apartments were added in phase 2. Architect: Grainne Mallon & Associates Description: Nineteen apartments are being built on the riverbank including underground car parking. Restoration to the mill building is being done, retaining the building’s original features. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited prepared the priced Bills of Quantities for Budget purposes. We are also preparing Reports for the Bank.
