Maynooth Business Campus, Co. Kildare

Description: This project was executed during 2001/2002. Kelly & O’Callaghan prepared the Bills of Quantities for the office block, light industrial units and all associated siteworks, including a new roundabout and motorway slip road. We also prepared Cost Appraisals applying to the Bank for financing for the Client.

Citynorth Business Campus

Description: This project consists of a mixed use development of retail units, offices and warehouses. There is also a possibility of further expansion and a possibility of future housing.

Kelly & O’Callaghan prepared very detailed budget estimates on various aspects of the park including retail, office and recreational works

Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited prepared budget estimates and full Bills of Quantities for groundworks at this site.

Gateway Business Park, Athy, Co. Kildare

Description: April 2004 - June 2005. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited was involved with the complete construction of this 9000 square foot factory premises and all associated siteworks with bulk excavation (circa 5 acres) with portal frame and twin skin cladding finish. We facilitated the production of the Bills of Quantities, Post-Contract Quantity Surveying- and Final Account works. The Main Contractor and Sub Contractors were all appointed by Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited after comparing the tendered prices to each other and to the Estimate. All meetings and the Building Programme was also coordinated by ourselves. The project was completed on time and within budget, much to the satisfaction of our Client.

Leader House Business Centre

Description: May 2004 - March 2005. This project consisted of the construction of one of the first NCT centres in the country. Light industrial and retail units were also included. Pre-Tender Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantities were prepared, Post-Contract Quantity Surveying works were performed and the Final Account was also completed by ourselves.

Industrial Building, Athy, Co. Kildare

Description: January 2005 - December 2005. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited was involved with the complete construction of this 25000 square foot factory premises and all associated siteworks with bulk excavation (circa 2.5 acres). Portal frame and twin skin cladding finish to building. We facilitated the production of the Bills of Quantities, Post-Contract Quantity Surveying- and Final Account works. The Main Contractor and Sub Contractors were all appointed by Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited after comparing the tendered prices to each other and to the Estimate.
