Kelly & O'Callaghan Ltd can give advice on Building Insurance, The scope and extent of services can depend on the nature and complexity of the project and the client’s requirements. These services include but are not limited to the following:

(a) Calculations and estimation of reinstatement costs.
(b) Preparation of schedules of works and/or bills of quantities for issue to contractors for tendering.  
(c) Evaluation of the prices submitted by the tendering contractors.
(d) Provision of additional information in relation to (a), (b) and/or (c) above. 
(e) Supervision of (re)construction works. 
(f) Recommend payments to service providers on behalf of the contracting party.

With regards to mediation Kelly and O'Callaghan Limited will first investigate the dispute and decide what we believe is the correct path to follow.

We then meet up with all parties involved and try to reach agreement to suit all involved before a particular case is taken to court. Areas of dispute are layed out for both parties to consider, and discussed.

If consensus cannot be reached and the case is taken to court, Kelly and O'Callaghan Limited will present our evidence to the best of our ability to help solve the problem.
