Description: Consists of the construction of a 94 bedroom hotel with a very prominent reception area and lounge, a restaurant, bar and leisure centre. Kelly and O’Callaghan Limited are handling all Project Management functions, including preparation of Pre-Tender Cost Estimates and the Bills of Quantities.

We will also check the monthly payment applications, and after completion we will be involved in finalising the Final Account.

In order for this project to prosper, cashflow and co-ordination are paramount and at present all is in good form with no cost overruns.

Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited is also providing monitoring services for banking facilities, including monthly reports.
