Newport Hotel, Co. Mayo

Description: May 2005 - April 2006. Consist of the construction of a 30 bedroom hotel with a reception area, lounge, restaurant and underground car park. Kelly and O’Callaghan Limited prepared the priced Bills of Quantities for Budget Purposes.

Barton’s Mill, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan

Description: Project should commence soon.

Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited will facilitate the restoration of the old stone mill into a hotel. This will involve the demolishment of the existing building, clearing out and salvaging of existing materials as well as the construction of a new lobby and associated buildings. Extensive conservation work includes sandblasting, re-pointing, chemical treatment of walls and restoration of the existing mill.

We are preparing the Cost Plan and Budget Costs.
