Description: Kelly & O'Callaghan Limited represented the Developer on this project, which consisted of the construction of 264 houses on a green field site. We prepared the full Bills of Quantities for all the different house types as well as the siteworks. Our company also prepared all Draw Down Reports and Cashflows for the Bank.
