Description: May 2005 - 2007. This project consists of the construction of 63 houses, consisting of 30 three bedroom semi-detached houses, 1 three bedroom detached house, 20 four bedroom semi-detached houses, 2 four bedroom detached houses and 10 four bedroom detached houses with garages. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited performed a full measurement of the houses and prepared Cost Comparisons.
