Description: Kelly & O'Callaghan Limited prepared the full Bills of Quantities for Block A (restoration), siteworks and foundations for the timber frame structures of Block B & C plus Interim Recommendations for the Main Contractor. Completion in December 2004.

Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited were employed by the Client as monitoring surveyors on behalf of the Bank to prepare Recommendations for Payment for this 68 bedrooms nursing home with dining area, kitchen, lounge and recreational area. Completion in November 2005.

Description: Our Firm was involved with this project during 2002. It consisted of a 52 bedroom Nursing Home, with lounge, dining- and kitchen area and recreational area. Kelly & O'Callaghan Limited facilitated all Project Management functions on this project, including preparation of Estimates, Cost Plan, Bills of Quantities, liaising with the Client, Professional Team and Contractor, attending to Variations, facilitating Recommendations and finally putting together the Final Account.
