Description: This project consisted of alterations to the existing Edwardian House with a large extension to the rear and associated siteworks. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited provided quantity surveying services to McGill Construction.

Palmerston Road, Dublin 6

Description: Alteration to a large Georgian building (total refurbishment) including a large architectural design extension.

Nutley Road, Donnybrook

Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited provided quantity surveying services to the Main Contractor for the alteration, large two storey extension to the rear of the house and all associated siteworks for this project. We also advised the Client on cost efficiency in completing the project.

Castlewood Park, Rathmines

Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited was involved in the alteration to the existing house as well as extension to the rear.
