Mixed use development at Trimgate Street, Navan, Co. Meath

Description: This project consisted of a Public House and Restaurant with Apartment above. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited were employed to prepare the Bills of Quantities, carry out the Tender Analysis and to appoint the main contractor. Throughout the development we prepared recommendations for payment and liaised with the contractor and client with regard to budgets.
