400,000 sq ft is operational with another 1,000,000 sq ft planned for the future.

Site consists of 45 acres on both sides of Oakleigh Road South. On 10 acres of the site, there is already 400,000 sq ft of high technology offices. The remaining 35 acres have been re-zoned for mixed use, predominately residential, office, retail and leisure. It was initially agreed to receive planning for 750 residential homes, 1,000,000 sq ft retail use to include a medical centre, doctor and dental surgeries, pub, restaurants and at least a further 1,000,000 sq ft office space. Within 5 years The Comer Group intend to apply for a further 750 residential units.
