Description: This project consisted of the change of use of existing (out of use) storage facilities and renovating to accommodate offices and canteen area along with a new high spec security office area.

The second phase involved the installation of a new travellator from the existing car park entrance to first floor departure area/level.

Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited provided full pre- & post tender professional services over the course of the project including Cost Planning, Budgeting and Bills of Quantities as well as Monitoring of Building Works, preparation of Interim Recommendations and the Final Account.
