Architect: Grainne Mallon & Associates Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited was involved in preparing the Pre-Tender Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Post-Contract Quantity Surveying- and Final Account works. This project was undertaken by private developers, and was rushed to site for tax purposes and as such the design was not finalised. It was important in the context of the project that we tried to remain inside the contingency. Although this was difficult we managed to complete the project very close to this target. Architect: Arthur Gibney & Partners Description: This project entailed the total refurbishment of the Drug Rehabilitation Unit, as well as an extension to the rear and associated siteworks. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited performed the quantity surveying services for the Contractor, which included preparing Payment Applications, etc. Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Glin Road
Architect: RKD Architects Description: May 2003 - May 2004. Construction of a large rehabilitation centre including sports facilities. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited prepared the Cost Planning, Budgeting and Bills of Quantities as well as Monitoring of Building Works, preparation of Interim Recommendations and the Final Account. All timber and timber products carry the Forest Stewardship Council's (FSC) trademark for good forest management. Architect: EHSS Description: November 2002 - January 2003. Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited were involved with the upgrading and redecoration of the reception area and kitchen facilities of this hospital. This project was completed on time and under budget to the extent that another phase was added.
