Description: This project entails the extension and renovation of the Public House, including the construction of 2 office units.

Kelly & O'Callaghan Limited were employed to prepare the Bills of Quantities, carry out the Tender Analysis and to appoint the Main Contractor. Throughout the development we prepared Recommendations for Payment and liaised with the Contractor and Client with regard to Budgets.
