Description: Our company were involved in preparing Pre-Tender Cost Estimates and the Bills of Quantities. We also checked the monthly payment applications, as well as finalised the Final Account.

Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited fulfilled the Project Management function, which involved liaising with the Professional Team, the Client and the various Contractors on site, as the work was divided up into various parts. In order for this project to prosper, cashflow and co-ordination were paramount and in the end there were no cost overruns.
