Description: Our company were involved in preparing Pre-Tender Cost Estimates and the Bills of Quantities. We also check the monthly payment applications, and after completion we will be involved in finalising the Final Account. Currently Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited are fulfilling the Project Management function, which involves liaising with the Professional Team, the Client and the various Contractors on (and not yet on) site, as the work is divided up into various parts. In order for this project to prosper, cashflow and co-ordination are paramount and at present all is in good form with no cost overruns.

We are also providing monitoring services for the bank, including monthly reports.
