Description: Kelly & O’Callaghan Limited fulfilled the Project Management function, which involves liaising with the Professional Team, the Client and the various Contractors on site, as the work is divided up into various parts. In order for this project to prosper, cashflow and co-ordination are paramount and at present all is in good form with no cost overruns. We also prepared Pre-Tender Cost Estimates and the Bills of Quantities and checked the monthly payment applications.
