Description: Santry Demesne Ballymun is located on the northern outskirts of Ballymun within the M50 motorway. A proposed stop on the Metro North line is located within the site.

The first phase of the development will consist of both high rise and medium rise towers located around a central Metro Plaza Concourse. A mixture of retail, office, residential and leisure will be included in the scheme.

Kelly & O’Callaghan have been engaged by the Client to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the development. At the initial stage of the development these services include outline Cost Plans and Feasibility Studies to establish the most economical advantageous proposal for the Client.
