Description: This €170 million project consists of a ski slope and golf course with retail, commercial and leisure facilities. Kelly and O’Callaghan Limited are fulfilling the Project Managing and Quantity Surveying function on this project, and we will be responsible for the initial Budget Costs, Bills of Quantities, and the Tendering Procedure, issuing of Payment Recommendations, monitoring Variations and completing the Final Account.
